Our Country

My heart is heavy for what we are experiencing as a country with regards to the level of hate.   I guess it has been like this before...there was a time in my life when I didn't pay much attention to the news.  Our problems  - many of them, could be solved each of us taking some time for self reflection and asking God for a spiritual realignment.  Empathy, self-examination and apology are not signs of weakness...rather they are signs of strength and nobility.  Let's try to do better.  All I can think of is that it starts with one - me!
