Harrison Butker - Chief's Kicker

 So I'm trying to understand the reaction to the kicker for the Chief's - a Catholic himself - who delivered a commencement address at a Catholic university, to an audience that was supportive of his message.  Why  the level of hatred being directed at him?  If I have heard correctly, there are many signatures - whatever that means - to have him kicked off the team.  (Don't forget he won the Super Bowl for the Chief's and his average is something crazy like 89%).

I do appreciate that there have been college-educated and working women that have come out in his defense.  This one is good:  "I'll go first...my name is Noelle, I have three degrees and I agree that the world needs more masculinity and that wives and mothers are vital for society."  Other women chimed in and some of them were highly educated...several degrees and the rally cry was..."more wives and mothers, please."  

For the future of our society, we need the message he delivered.  I hope he can stay strong? And yes, I hope he finds peace in the turmoil and backlash against him and for sure, he finds purpose in the pain.
