Our Freedoms

 Our country is in a major turmoil...I hope and pray that we can see it through and come out stronger yet again.  In the past, we have.  Just read a news post from Mike Rowe - have always enjoyed his humor and his way of seeing life.  Something positive for today...here's some of it. 

"We take so many of our freedoms for granted.  The Bill of Rights, every freedom in the Constitution, the freedom to move around freely.  Every good and decent thing we enjoy was paid in blood by men and women who put on a uniform and then went away."

Mike has been filming 'Returning the Favor' since 2017 and it features organizations dedicated to improving our veterans lives.  He reminds us that the "suicide rates are scandalous and PTSD is very real.  Taking the time to say thank you can have a huge impact on someone's life."
