Mental Peace

So today's reading is something along these lines...
We allow our brains to do this:  'set the record straight, have a showdown with a certain person, listen to a barrage of nasty voices, picturing that zinger that you MUST share with that other person, venting'.  You get it.  Our mental capabilities are simply amazing and often - well at least I do - use it for  negative rather than positive.  So, for today, let's try for mental peace by listing...either on a sheet of paper or verbally or mentally,  the things that make our life good.  Gratitude.   And as far as that 'person' goes...let's let them go.  Check out Proverbs 17:14.
