Men who nuture

I read an article in the newspaper by one Beth Thames and it struck a chord with me.  I fully understand the value of what she expressed.
"Every child should have nurturing men in their lives.  With every word and action there is a lesson.  We use the word 'bless' a lot in the South.  I'd like to send a blessing to all the boys and girls who desperately need to be nurtured and to all the men who are willing to do just that."
