- Ask God to help you think clearly...pray - He is listening
- Feed your mind...give it information and data that builds and refreshes
- Stretch your mind...take a class, learn, read someone's autobiography
- Quit abusing your mind...worry is a waste of imagination
- Use your mind to make decisions and formulate opinions, gain confidence
