A Sweet/Sad Goodbye

 Just returned from New York where my husband's family said a very meaningful farewell to his mom.  She was a wife, mother, mother-in-law, grandmother and yes, even a great grandmother.  She left a mark on the family that was full of goodness!  It struck me yet again, as to how my life has turned out the way that it has and I can trace at least part of  it to this woman that raised my husband.  

As we move into 2023, I hope to slow time down and find the balance between productivity and rest. Yes, peace and prosperity.  DRB
