Are You Really Ok?

So yet another great book that I am studying now is called just that - Are You Really Ok?  While it may seem strange to some people that a lot of healing can come through the written page, books have literally changed several areas of my life  -  for the better. 

Debra Fileta shows how to use a combination of science,  psychology and faith to pursue health in every part of your life.  This book challenges you to get real about how you are doing spiritually, mentally, spiritually and physically.  Yes, worth your time...especially if you are working through some really hard stuff.  Peace is wished for you today.  

P.S.  My favorite part is her explanation of cognitive distortions vs cognitive restructuring!
