Pandemic

Strange days...and yes, lots of people would like to find some measure of peace.  This is a strange occurrence - having to stay in our homes and only go out for necessities.  Have been doing a lot of reading and studying and it helps, not only to pass the time, but to keep my attitude healthy!  Have been making a concentrated effort to stay fit as there is no falling into depression like the one that follows eating poorly and getting sedentary! 

I have been wondering what I will let go of after this?  It used to be that days were full and I have always wondered where the time went?  So, this check, this stop has it's advantages.  There are some things I will not return to. See what you want to let go of and what you want to keep when we get back to 'normal'?  Peace and Purpose.
