Oh my goodness, where did 2018 go? It was a flash...
So thinking ahead to 2019, here is what I found from The Seven Habits in the early morning quiet.
"Everyone has a mission statement, but few write it down. We have deeply held values that guide our decisions. What is that value that guides all other decisions? Some call it a goal, a credo, a philosophy, but it is basically the criteria that consciously or unconsciously guides all decision making. Over a period of time, through a song, a picture, a few words develop a harmony between emotions, values, motivations, desires, hopes, fears...the astronauts have an expressions for it: all systems go. When a mission statement, goal, credo is hammered out over time and is central to all our decisions, it becomes an enormously powerful source of courage to say no to things that don't fit within it, and yes to those that do."
